LANDLORD FEES

Mollaro offers both Fully Managed and Tenant Find Only services for landlords, the fees for which are detailed below.

Fully Managed Service

12% of the monthly rent (inc. VAT where applicable) plus Setup Fee and Renewal Fee as below

• Fully Managed Tenancy
• Rent Collection
• Compliance Management
• Quarterly Property Inspection Reports
• Maintenance Management
• Monthly Statements
• Annual Tax Return Statements

Setup Fee

To be paid at the beginning of each new tenancy on a Fully Managed Service basis.

£300 (inc. VAT where applicable)

• Property Marketing
• Accompanied Viewings
• Rent Negotiations
• Referencing Checks for Tenants and Guarantors (if applicable)
• Drawing Up Tenancy Agreements
• Drawing Up Guarantor Agreements (if applicable)

Renewal Fee

To be paid at each renewal for a further fixed term tenancy on a Fully Managed Service basis.

£120 (inc. VAT where applicable)

• Property Re-Appraisal
• Rent Negotiations
• Drawing Up Tenancy Agreements
• Drawing Up Guarantor Agreements (if applicable)

Tenant Find Only Service

To be paid at the beginning of each new tenancy.

50% of the first month’s rent, subject to a minimum of £600 (inc. VAT where applicable)
